At Tykables, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn and unwashed apparel items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like diapers and intimate wear are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.
Drop Off Package
Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
